About This Site

This site uses some CSS features which, if you’re using an older browser, might not be supported (flexbox, grid layout, multiple columns, logical properties, rem units and calculated values). If so, everything should still be readable, although it won’t look entirely as intended. The site should also be fully usable and navigable with a screen reader or other assistive technology. If anything is not accessible to you, please let me know so I can fix the problem.

The site is designed with the Liberation Serif and Liberation Mono fonts; it will look fine even without these fonts, but they can be freely downloaded if you want them and don’t have them. The design and color palette are inspired by my personal coat of arms.

JavaScript is used very sparingly, and only for interactive features which couldn’t be implemented with HTML and CSS alone. Nearly everything here is fully accessible and functional without JavaScript (this is a standard I’d urge other Web developers to strive for as well).

The site does not use cookies, track visitors, or collect or save any personal information.

All HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP for this site were written by Max Liberman. For copyright and licensing, please see the copyright statement. If you’d like to discuss anything about the site’s design or construction, I’d be glad to hear from you.
